> Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped, please call as emails are not immediately answered. You can call us on 020 8813 7666.
> Can I cancel my order?
You can request that the order be cancelled and we will do our best to prevent the order being shipped, please call as emails are not immediately answered. You can call us on 020 8813 7666.
Please note that it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the goods.
> Can I track my order?
Once your goods have been shipped you will receive an email with all the tracking info, please visit the relevant courier site to track your order.
> I have an email saying my order has been shipped but I still don't have it?
If your order is not received within the agreed order time frame, or the tracking indications a problem with your shipment, please contact us. You must do this within 7 days of the shipment.
