However events unfold, Home AV Direct is here to help and we have already put in place new measures to support our customers and colleagues.

Our Store

Our store in Hayes is closed for refurbishment, therefore we are unable to offer any in store demonstrations, however, we plan on re opening soon with a bigger, better and safer showroom.

We are open for in store collections only, please see below for more info.

Collection Service

Our store is open for collections. Any collection must be reserved over the phone prior to arrival (please call us on 020 8813 7666 to check stock and reserve), and payment must be made on collection. Please pay by card or banks transfer if you can.

We will have clearly marked floors for queue points outside the shop entrance. On arrival we ask that you keep 2 metres apart from others and practice social distancing at all times to keep yourselves and our staff safe.

Please note, our staff will not be able to offer sales or technical advice at the collection point, any questions you may have please ask on the phone when reserving your product
