6 I have just placed my order

> Can I change my order?

As long as the order has not been shipped, then please call or email us for any changes or cancellations. As emails are not immediately answered, please call us.

 

> Can I cancel my order?

You can request that the order be cancelled and we will do our best to prevent the order being shipped. However it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the goods.

 

> Can I track my order?

We are able to provide tracking information for all of our parcels, whether they are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.

Please contact us on 020 8813 7666 and one of our adviser's will be happy to provide your tracking details. 

 

> I have an email saying my order has been shipped but I still don't have it?

Once you receive an email from us saying that you order has been shipped, delivery will occur within 24 working hours (so next working day).

If your order is not received within that time, please trace your order or contact us.
